The Successor Test: what I built, and where it lives now

From July to October 2026, this page carried my Successor Test: twenty questions on what the person taking over a business would see on day one. On 20 October 2026 the test moved to Transmia, the AI Jungle brand I founded to prepare the handover of firms in France. This page keeps the record of what I built.

What I built, and when

  1. First version, with the manifesto: twenty questions in five crossings (processes, visibility, people, the workshop, borders), each scored 0 to 5 in the browser, a pentagon that filled in as you answered, and a verdict out of 100. Each of the two weakest crossings pointed to the venture of mine built for it.
  2. Kept online as an archive when the site refocused on my work as an operator; no longer its main door.
  3. Spanish, German, Portuguese and Polish versions, left out of search.
  4. Moved to Transmia. Nine of the twenty questions were already in its 18-question transferability test; the four on the workshop and machines do not apply to a services firm; the seven others became its test du repreneur.

Why it moved

This site is my portfolio: who I am, what I build and the decisions I keep. A test belongs where the work is done, and business handovers are Transmia's work. A portfolio entry records what was done, and stays true.

What stayed human: Deciding which questions a services firm should not be asked.
