About

I am Tileo. I operate in the middle.

Between countries and teams. Between a technical possibility and a system people can actually run. Between the first prototype and the boring operational discipline that makes it useful.

How I work

Build close enough to carry the consequences.

01 · FIELD

Start with the real constraint

I have spent a decade moving critical technologies and operations between countries. The transferable lesson is simple: context beats a perfect slide.

02 · SYSTEM

Turn the repeated work into infrastructure

I use agents, automation and software where they remove coordination or make a decision easier to audit — not where they merely make a demo impressive.

03 · RESPONSIBILITY

Keep a human final call

I design explicit approval gates. A system can prepare, surface and recommend; responsibility still belongs to a person.

What I believe

Build in public means showing the work.

Not constant announcements. Not invented certainty. I publish the decision that changed, the error that cost time, the evidence that survived and the practical lesson another operator can use. When the work touches a confidential client, I explain the responsibility and method without exposing the client.
